Jacques Brel - Voir un ami pleurer

Next week we have Lisa Brune and Gins Allen at T.R.A.C.S. So the coming week we are working to decorate the club and I searched over the internet to give my blog a French touch.

"Voir un ami pleurer" ("To See A Friend Cry"), was on Jacques Brel's Les Marquises (English: The Marquesas) album. It is Jacques Brel's thirteenth and final album. Also known as Brel, the album was released 17 November 1977, 3 years after being diagnosed with lung cancer. He had stopped touring since 1966, hadn't recorded a real album since 1968, and was living in French Polynesia, but he came back to France to record. He passed away in 1978.
