We started where we left the last time,
South Farthing. The herd of Highlanders, which in summer grassing on the green
grass, where now is standing in the snow. The Highland cattle have lived for
centuries in the rugged remote Scottish Highlands. The extremely harsh
conditions created a process of natural selection, where only the fittest and
most adaptable animals survived to carry on the breed.
We walked on and through the great winter
landscape and arrived at the small farm.
There we had a short rest. Tim found some
Christmas cookies in kitchen and
played with the cat.
played with the cat.
We walked on and had some fun riding on a sledge.
We went back to the little Victorian
village and on a hill we waited till it became dark and strolled through the
streets.
