Quagmire did start a post about the gooch.

Quagmire post a few more posts about the gooch, but the last one about a gooch piercing made me wonder if that piercing is really pierced through the gooch or that is pierced through the scrotum.

So I did some research.
Gooch is a slang word.
Gooch, A.K.A. "grundle" is the area that attaches ones sac to ones ass-hole.
So the area between the nuts and the ass hole. guy cooch = gooch

A wide variety of slang terms are commonly used for this area of the human body, but they generally refer to a smaller, less inclusive area -- just the surface skin region between the anus and the testicles or vagina.

The more common word is perineum.
In human anatomy, the perineum is generally defined as the surface region in both males and females between the pubic symphysis and the coccyx. The perineum is the region of the body inferior to the pelvic diaphragm and between the legs. It is a diamond-shaped area on the inferior surface of the trunk which includes the anus and, in females, the vagina. Its definition varies: it can refer to only the superficial structures in this region, or it can be used to include both superficial and deep structures. It is an erogenous zone for both males and females. The anogenital distance is a measure of the distance between the anus and the base of the penis. Studies show that the human perineum is twice as long in males as in females. Measuring the anogenital distance in neonatal humans has been suggested as a noninvasive method to determine male feminisation and thereby predict neonatal and adult reproductive disorders.

In Alfred Kinsey's 1967 report, he concluded that the perineum was one of the 6 key erogenous zones for males.
1. Perineum.

2. Raphe perinealis.
The perineal raphe extends from the anus, through the mid-line of the scrotum (scrotal raphe) and upwards through the posterior mid-line aspect of the penis (penile raphe).
It is observed as a noticeable line.

3. Anus.

4. Testicles, Scrotum.

5. Raphe scrotalis.

A guiche piercing is a body piercing on the perineum. Guiche piercings are much more common in men than in women. Although a guiche normally runs perpendicular to the direction of the penis, lateral placements are possible. A series of guiche piercings in parallel to the direction of the penis is called a guiche ladder, and might commonly be seen as an extension of a frenum ladder.
So one would think that it would be clear what the gooch area is but the next picture also claims to be a guiche piercing.

This last picture has a square to show the borders of the perineum.

So what all this info tells us?
Okay, maybe just my way to show much asses in one post.

Thank you...as if I was not horrified enough already by this topic. I think I am now scarred for life after looking at those pics! The only reason a guy needs needles in that region is if he is your ex-partner...
